Hands On Thomas County is comprised entirely of volunteers who give their time and energy to helping out the local community by serving breakfast to seniors, cleaning up trash or serving hot meals on cold days to those less fortunate.  Since they are strictly non-profit, they need your help for funding their efforts.  This year, they are holding a Thomasville Mardi Gras and would love for you to attend.

This Saturday, January 26th at 7pm, Hands On Thomas County will be throwing a party, Nawlins-style at Pebble Hill. There will be dinner, drinks, a goof booth, a raffle, a silent auction and lots of Zydeco music to dance to.  Door prizes will be awarded for the Mardi Gras masks deemed the most creative/beautiful.  While the dress is casual, try to liven it up with a bit of Mardi Gras flair.  Silent auction items can be previewed by visiting the Hands On Thomas County Facebook page here.
